We are the “data controller” for any personal data you provide to us.
2. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data when you:
- Submit a form on our website (enquiry forms, quote requests, brochure requests, showroom visit bookings, trade enquiries): name, email address, phone number, postcode, preferred showroom, and any details you choose to share in the message field.
- Call us or email us: the contact details you provide and the content of our conversation.
- Visit one of our showrooms: name and contact details you choose to share, plus details of your project enquiry.
- Receive a quote, survey or installation: address, property details, measurements, payment information, and contract details.
- Browse our website: technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the source that brought you to the site (collected via cookies and tracking technologies — see our Cookie Policy).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
3. How we use your personal data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry and providing the information, quote or service you’ve requested (lawful basis: legitimate interests / performance of a contract).
- Arranging surveys, quotes and installations including communicating with you about appointments and project details (lawful basis: performance of a contract).
- Marketing communications – sending you occasional emails about products, offers or showroom events, but only if you’ve opted in (lawful basis: consent). You can opt out at any time.
- Improving our website and services by analysing how visitors use our site (lawful basis: legitimate interests). See our Cookie Policy for detail.
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations such as accounting records, warranty records and consumer protection requirements (lawful basis: legal obligation).
- Protecting our business from fraud or misuse of our services (lawful basis: legitimate interests).
4. Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with the following:
- Our installers and surveyors (employees or trusted subcontractors) – the minimum information needed to complete your project.
- Brevo (our email service provider) – to send transactional emails relating to your enquiry and any marketing emails you’ve opted into. Brevo’s privacy policy.
- Google (via Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Site Kit) – for website analytics, advertising effectiveness and search performance. Google’s privacy policy.
- Meta (via the Meta Pixel) – for advertising and audience measurement on Facebook and Instagram. Meta’s privacy policy.
- Our accountants, auditors and legal advisers – where required for the running of the business.
- Regulators and law enforcement – where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with any organisation for their own marketing.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as we need to:
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a job: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
- Completed jobs: up to 6 years from completion, to meet accounting and warranty obligations.
- Marketing email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a short administrative period after.
- Website analytics data: in line with Google Analytics’ default retention (currently 14 months).
6. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access – request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification – ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure – ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Right to restrict processing – limit how we use your data.
- Right to object – object to certain types of processing, including direct marketing.
- Right to data portability – receive your data in a portable format.
- Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

We take security seriously. Measures include:
