Fully Reversible Windows: Clean Both Sides From Inside
A fully reversible window opens outward like a casement, then keeps going: the sash rotates a full 180° through the frame until the outside face of the glass is inside the room. Clean it, turn it back, lock it. No ladders, no window cleaner, no leaning out.

The window of choice for flats, upper floors, tenements and anywhere getting outside the glass safely isn’t realistic. Made to measure in VEKA profile and installed by our own team across Glasgow, Stirling and Scotland.
Made for upper floors
Clean both faces from inside
Full 180° rotation brings the outside glass to you.
Built for upper floors
Flats, maisonettes, three-storey townhouses and tenements, where external cleaning means scaffolding or a professional.
Cuts the cleaning bill
Removes the ongoing cost of external window cleaning for hard-to-reach openings.
A wide, clear opening
Fully open, the sash gives a large, unobstructed opening, useful where a bedroom needs an escape window.
Secure ventilation
A night-vent position lets air in while the window stays locked.
Same performance as the rest of our range
Multi-chambered VEKA frames, A-rated double or triple glazing, multi-point locking, PAS 24 tested.
How it works
- Unlock and open the window outward as normal, on friction hinges that hold it wherever you leave it.
- Release the safety catch and keep turning: the sash pivots on its hinges and swings right through the frame.
- At 180° the outside glass is facing you. Clean it from the room.
- Turn it back, close and lock. The child-safety restrictor limits everyday opening and releases quickly by hand in an emergency.
Fully reversible or tilt and turn?
Both let you clean the outside glass from inside. Tilt and turn swings the whole sash into the room like a door, so it needs clear space inside and suits large panes. Fully reversible keeps the sash outside and rotates it, so nothing swings into the room, which suits kitchens with a worktop under the window, small bedrooms and anywhere furniture sits close to the glass.

What do fully reversible windows cost?
Fully reversible windows cost more than a casement of the same size because of the specialist reversible hinges and gearing. Every window frame we fit uses the same VEKA profile, colour and ERA and Fab&Fix hardware, so they match the rest of the house. We give you one fair, fixed price after a free home survey. No countdown discounts, no pressure.

Our own dedicated fitters
Every job is surveyed, supplied and fitted by our own installers, uniformed, in NuView vans and exclusive to NuView. Never a subcontractor. The people who fit it are the people who answer for it afterwards.

Stirling showroom →Your questions answered
Is it safe on an upper floor?
Yes. A child-safety restrictor limits everyday opening, and the reversing action needs a deliberate release of the safety catch. The restrictor releases quickly by hand in an emergency.
Can a fully reversible window be an escape window?
Fully open, it gives a large clear opening. We check the required escape size room by room at survey.
Can I have fully reversible windows in some rooms and casements in others?
Yes. The VEKA profiles match, so from outside they look the same.
Will new windows stop condensation?
New A-rated windows are much warmer on the inside, so condensation drops dramatically. Because they are also more airtight, good ventilation still matters: trickle vents, extractor fans and airing rooms briefly each day.
Do you fit fully reversible windows outside Glasgow and Stirling?
Yes, across Scotland including Falkirk, Lanarkshire, Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire and Perthshire.
