Not every door needs to be composite. A modern uPVC door from VEKA gives you the same multi-point locking, the same A-rated thermal performance and the same colour choice as our windows, at a lower price. For back doors, side doors, utility rooms and anywhere the door is more about function than kerb appeal, it’s the sensible choice, and for a front door in the right style it looks very smart indeed.
Every uPVC door we fit is made from the same VEKA profile as our windows, so the frames, colour and hardware match exactly. Fitted by our own installers across Glasgow, Stirling and Scotland.

- Glass: A-rated double glazing as standard, triple glazing, obscure glass in a choice of patterns, toughened safety glass, decorative and leaded designs, integrated blinds in double glazed units
- Hardware: lever handles, letterplates and knockers from ERA and Fab&Fix in chrome, black, gold and graphite, matching your window handles
- Locks: multi-point locking as standard; Ultion cylinder upgrade available
- Thresholds: standard and low thresholds

uPVC or composite?
Choose uPVC for back and side doors, utility rooms, garages, and anywhere value matters more than kerb appeal. It’s also the natural choice when you want the door to match a run of uPVC windows exactly.

What does a uPVC door cost in Scotland?
Price depends on the style, the colour, the glass and whether you’re adding sidelights. A plain white half-glazed back door is the most affordable door we fit; a coloured panelled front door with decorative glass is the top of the uPVC range.

Are uPVC doors secure?
Yes. Multi-point locking, internally glazed panels so the glass can’t be removed from outside, and PAS 24 testing. Add an Ultion cylinder for the same anti-snap protection as our composite doors.
Will the door match my windows?
Exactly. It’s made from the same VEKA profile in the same colour, with hardware from the same ERA and Fab&Fix ranges.
Can I have a uPVC front door?
Yes. Panelled and decorative-glass styles look smart at the front. If you want the timber look or the heaviest security, composite is the better choice for the front door.
How long does fitting take?
Usually half a day. Our own installers fit every door.
