Casement Windows Stirling: A-Rated uPVC From £550, Fitted by Our Own Team
From the 1960s and 70s estates of Cornton, Raploch and Broomridge to the newer homes of Cambusbarron, Bannockburn and Dunblane, casement windows are what most Stirling houses have, and most are now well past their best. Add the weather off the Ochils and the Campsies, and a draughty window costs real money every winter.
We replace them with VEKA casement windows: A-rated, multi-point locked, with triple glazing for £90 extra, fitted by our own installers from £550 per window fully fitted including VAT. Our Stirling showroom is at Springkerse, with casement windows on display.
Built for Stirling homes
Estate homes and bungalows. Cornton, Broomridge, Braehead, Cambusbarron, Tullibody, Alloa: straightforward replacements, usually a two-day job for a three-bed semi.
Exposed and rural properties. The Carse, Kippen, Gargunnock, Callander, Doune: wind-driven rain and cold. We’d recommend triple glazing here more than almost anywhere else, and the £90 per window upgrade is well worth it.
Victorian villas. King’s Park, Bridge of Allan, Dunblane: a flush casement in a heritage colour where the originals weren’t sash; see our sash and case windows if they were.
New builds wanting an upgrade. Plenty of newer homes in Dunblane and Bridge of Allan were built with basic windows; a coloured VEKA casement lifts the whole house.
Conservation areas. Stirling’s Old Town, Bridge of Allan, Dunblane and Callander have rules on replacement windows. We’ll tell you what’s likely to be accepted before you apply.

Your questions answered
Is triple glazing worth it around Stirling?
On exposed and rural sites, usually yes. For £90 extra per window you noticeably cut heat loss through the glass and lose the cold spot next to the window. We’ll quote double and triple side by side.
How long does a full house take?
A three-bedroom semi is typically two days. Our own team fits every window and makes good internally.
Do you cover rural properties?
Yes, across Stirlingshire, Clackmannanshire and the Forth Valley, and we’re used to farmhouses and cottages with uneven openings.
Why do windows get condensation, and will new windows stop it?
Condensation forms when warm, moist indoor air meets a cold surface. New A-rated windows are much warmer on the inside so it drops dramatically, but because they’re also far more airtight, moisture that used to leak out now stays in the house. Ventilation fixes it: trickle vents, extractor fans and airing rooms briefly each day. Condensation on the outside of new glass on a cold morning is a good sign; between the panes means a failed sealed unit, which is covered by guarantee.
Do you cover outside Stirling?
Yes. Stirlingshire, Clackmannanshire and the Forth Valley, and across Scotland by arrangement.
