Aluminium Windows Stirling: Slim Frames, Any Colour, From £1,200 Fitted
Stirlingshire has some of the best architect-designed homes in Scotland: new builds on the edge of Dunblane and Bridge of Allan, converted steadings around Kippen and Doune, rural houses with a glazed gable facing the Ochils. Aluminium is the window they’re designed around: slim frames, big panes, any colour, and one system that matches the bifolds, sliders and roof lantern.
We fit Sheerline and Cortizo aluminium windows from £1,200 per window fully fitted including VAT, installed by our own team from Springkerse. Come in and compare aluminium and uPVC frames in person.
Built for Stirling homes
New builds and self-builds. Dunblane, Bridge of Allan, Killearn, Kippen: Cortizo’s hidden sash for identical sightlines, or Sheerline for a matched suite with a Sheerline roof lantern.
Steading and barn conversions. Large glazed openings in stone walls; aluminium carries the big panes and triple glazing without flexing.
Exposed sites. Triple glazing, from £90 extra per window, is worth having in the hills and on the Carse.
Extensions. Aluminium windows, bifolds or a slider and a lantern in one system. See the lantern and lift and slide on display in our Glasgow showroom, or samples at Springkerse.
Conservation areas. The Old Town, Bridge of Allan and Dunblane: slim aluminium in a heritage colour is sometimes accepted where it replaces steel; we’ll advise.

Sheerline or Cortizo?
Sheerline for a matched extension suite with bifolds, sliders and a lantern. Cortizo for the hidden-sash look, where every pane matches. We’ll help you choose at Springkerse.
Can you work with my architect or builder?
Yes. We work alongside architects and builders on new builds, conversions and extensions. See our Trade page.
Are aluminium windows cold?
Not any more. Both systems are thermally broken and A-rated, with triple glazing available.
Why do windows get condensation, and will new windows stop it?
Condensation forms when warm, moist indoor air meets a cold surface. New A-rated windows are much warmer on the inside so it drops dramatically, but because they’re also far more airtight, moisture that used to leak out now stays in the house. Ventilation fixes it: trickle vents, extractor fans and airing rooms briefly each day. Condensation on the outside of new glass on a cold morning is a good sign; between the panes means a failed sealed unit, which is covered by guarantee.
Do you cover outside Stirling?
Yes. Stirlingshire, Clackmannanshire and the Forth Valley, and across Scotland by arrangement.
